This durable, lightweight, portable writing desk makes it easier to review and authenticate a suspects credentials, make important notes, accurately write a citation or a report, and then present it for a signature. • Multiple white LED lights clearly illuminate the main writing surface, operator's license, and other ID, eliminating the need to turn on the dome light for increased safety at night.
• Illuminated, magnifying License/ID Holder ensures the license is firmly stowed on board, and viewable in either horizontal or vertical positionmaking it easier to read and helping the officer maintain focus
• Back-lit LCD clock displays show the current date and time (in standard or military format)
• Court Date display another back-lit LCD is easily set to show your next available court date, eliminating the need to page through a date book
• Unique rail system adds versatility. The two top-lit rail slots securely hold additional licenses, insurance and registration cards, or other ID. Or the rails can be used to mount Ticket Board® accessories, such as the Mini Clip Rail Insert and the notepads it holds.
• Mini Clip Rail Insert and mini notepads are included with the Ticket Board. This small, removable clipboard and 2 x 4 notepads it holds (4 Pack included) provide a convenient place to jot down plate numbers, VINs, witness information and other details. Or it can be used to hold proof of insurance and other small documents where they are safe and easily seen.
• Rechargeable Lithium-Ion batteries typically power the system for over a week of daily use between charges. The long operating life is maximized by a 10-minute auto-shut off feature.
• 10X Lighted Magnifier lets you see and read micro printing and holograms which authenticate many state ID cards and drivers licenses. This compact, high-power illuminated magnifier can be used by itself, or with the Ticket Boards built-in license holder/magnifier, to clearly see even the smallest hidden license security features. Attaches to the front of the Ticket Board with self-adhesive Velcro for convenient access and easy replacement.
• UV Light reveals UV printing and holograms, allowing you to easily identify fraudulent licenses. The ultraviolet lighting is provided by a Streamlight® Stylus® UV LED Penlight which fits snugly into the specially designed penlight holder at the top of the Ticket Board, where its easy to hold and examine the ID in question. The Stylus will operate for 60 hours on one set of 3 AAAA batteries (included). Its covered by StreamLights Limited Lifetime Warranty.
• The Ticket Boards penlight holder will also accept a white light Stylus LED Penlight (available separately) to provide hands-free illumination for tasks such as inventory or recording VIN numbers.
• DC and AC chargers allowyou to conveniently re-charge the Ticket Boards internal L-Ion batteries in any vehicle with a standard lighter plug, at the station, in your home, or at any 110v AC outlet.
• Detachable, illuminated clipboard and storage box fastens to the back of the Ticket Board with Velcro to provide an additional full-size document holder and writing surface ideal for completing larger forms or more detailed reports.
