The Armortan® process encases the leather fibers in ceramic for 25% more abrasion resistance than similar untreated leathers. The elasticized wrist ensures a secure fit and keeps out foreign objects. Over-wrap fingertip design keeps the seam away from the fingertips for maximum tactility and durability, preventing fingertip blow-outs. Strategically placed pads protect the knuckles and fingers. Leather cradle reinforcement prevents abrasion of the KEVLAR® from weapon slides. Nylon loop on wrist allows easy donning and attachment to carabiners.
