CONTACT US
Unlike the majority of online retailers, we also operate a real store. As a result we are not always able to answer the many telephone calls we receive and depending what’s happening in our store, the phones might not even be manned. To contact us you can either click on the live chat button on our website or send us an email to questions@code3tactical.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. We’ll usually get back to you within a couple hours. Keep in mind, if you're contacting us about a backordered item, after we receive your email or phone call, we then must research your order. We'll often have to contact the manufacturer which we do several times each day. Depending on the manufacturer they may need to research when they expect an item to come back in stock or what day it was shipped out. Please be patient, we will get back to you ASAP. When you email us or click on the live chat button (even when it says closed you can leave us a message), it automatically assigns a tracking # to your inquiry. Please use that tracking # for all future inquiries into that order. This tracking system insures that your message will no go unanswered or unreturned. RETURNS We are unable to accept returns for defective products. You will need to contact the manufacturer directly. If you need a manufacturer’s contact information, we’ll be happy to assist you. If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, color, etc., we’ll be happy to offer a full refund or exchange, minus shipping charges. You must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and the item must be in a new, unused, untested, unopened and sellable condition. Simply contact us for a return authorization number either by emailing us to questions@code3tactical.com or by clicking on the live chat button on our website. CANCELING YOUR ORDER You can cancel your order for any reason with 24-hours notice. Occasionally we might have some items shipped direct from the manufacturer. Once we place an order with a manufacturer depending on the manufacturer we might not be able to cancel your order. If your order was a special order item we do reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% of your order total, not including shipping. To cancel your order simply send us an email to questions@code3tactical.com with your request. Check refunds is our standard method for all refunds. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Because of the extra cost of shipping internationally, your order will not ship unless all items are in stock. Once everything you ordered is ready, your order will ship in full.
